Your campaign provides essential metrics for monitoring and analysing its performance. Access overall campaign metrics via the 'Summary' tab. For specific email insights, navigate to the summary tab of the respective email.
MONITORING CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
The Summary tab contains an overview of your campaign. There are various statistics here that allow you to monitor the performance of your campaign.

Campaign overview metrics
On the left of the tab is a column containing the following metrics:
- Population: Total number of contacts associated with the campaign.
- Actions: Total number of unique actions taken - for example sending an email. (Sending the same email multiple times will only register 1 action).
- Emails: The number of emails created for your campaign.
Engagement metrics
Running across the top of the tab is a section contains the following metrics:
- Delivery Rate: Displays a percentage of how many emails have been confirmed as delivered of the total number sent.
- Open Rate: Displays a percentage of how many contacts have opened emails sent.
- CTR Rate: Displays a percentage of how many users ‘Clicked Through’ using a button/link provided in emails sent.
- Bounce Rate: Displays a percentage of how many emails were rejected by the email servers of contacts.
- Unsubscribe Rate: Displays a percentage of how many contacts have clicked the unsubscribe link in the email.
Email Performance metrics
In the middle of the tab is a chart that displays statistics for Sent, Delivered, Opened, and Clicked for each email within your campaign:
- Clicked - The total number of contacts that have clicked a button set to redirect to a link within the email.
- Opened - The total number of emails that have been opened.
- Delivered - The total number of emails delivered (not rejected by contact email servers).
- Sent - The total number of emails sent.
- Unsubscribed - The total number of contacts that have clicked the Unsubscribe link in the email.
Recent Actions
Displays recent actions taken on emails within your campaign. You can click ‘View All Actions’ to be taken to the ‘Emails’ tab.
MONITORING EMAIL PERFORMANCE
If you want to monitor the performance of a specific email, you can visit the email’s ‘Summary’ tab. It contains the engagement metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate, along with the email performance chart described in the previous section.
In addition to this, you can view and edit the details of the email such as name, subject and from address from this tab.
To access an email’s ‘Summary’ tab:
- Navigate to your campaign’s ‘Emails’ tab.
- Locate the email you want to review and click the corresponding ‘Summary’ button.
