CONSIDERATIONS 

• Scope:

  • SkillsAssess currently only works with competency or behaviour based questions, such as Success Profiles.

• Word Count Restrictions:

  • It can score only answers that are a maximum of 250 or 500 words long.

• Document Types:

  • The tool cannot be used for scoring CVs or personal statements.

• Validation Dataset Requirement:

  • SkillsAssess requires a validation dataset of ideally 20,000 to 30,000 applications with recruiter scores to calibrate its performance.

• Configuration:

  • It cannot be self-configured; all configuration must be carried out by Oleeo.
