WHAT IS OFFER MANAGEMENT AND E-CONTRACT GENERATION?
Experience a faster, more efficient way to close your hires with Offer Management and E-contract Generation (e-offer). This feature allows you to manage the entire offer process directly within the system. You can send a candidate an employment offer and automatically generate a ready-to-sign contract. The candidate can then access their secure portal to review the documents and accept or reject the offer instantly, eliminating manual back-and-forth. This smooth, automated process frees up a huge amount of recruiter time and accelerates your time to hire.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Key Benefits
-
Significantly reduce time-to-hire. By automating the offer and contract generation process, you can send out a professional, customised offer in minutes. Candidates can then review and accept it online instantly, eliminating the delays associated with manual paperwork and back-and-forth communication.
-
Boost recruiter efficiency. This feature frees up your recruiting team from a huge amount of administrative work. Instead of spending time on manual tasks like drafting contracts and tracking signatures, they can focus on higher-value activities like sourcing and engaging with candidates.
-
Enhance the candidate experience. A fast, seamless, and professional offer process leaves a positive final impression on candidates. Offering them a quick and easy way to review and accept their offer shows that your company is organised and modern, helping to secure top talent.
-
Ensure accuracy and compliance. Automated E-contract generation ensures that every offer includes all the necessary, standardised information. This reduces the risk of human error and ensures that all employment contracts are consistent and compliant with company policies.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Step 1 - Offer Form - Update the Offer form, so that all the information that needs to be recorded (much of which will be inserted into the contract), is added to the system. This will include essential information for contract generation, like the agreed salary and benefits offer, the agreed starting date and location and any other important information like relocation supplements, working hours/rota and annual leave allowance.
- Please note - You can have the option to not utilise the e-offer process for specific candidates, which can be useful if you have sensitive hires where you would not want some or all of the hire information appearing on the system. In this case you would choose e-offer - No.

- Step 2 - Approval (optional) - Have the offer information reviewed and approved by another user at the appropriate seniority level to ensure the information is correct and to avoid offers being made without the required approval (If required, multiple approval levels can be configured into the system, to ensure each offer is appropriately reviewed).
- Choose how many approvals are required and who they are in the Offer Form.

- Approvers can approve via email or via the system.

- Step 3 - Extend Offer - Extend the offer to the candidate. You will have the chance to review and make final amendments to the offer letter/contract at this stage.

- Once approved this information is immediately uploaded to the candidate’s portal and an email is sent to the candidate to login, review and make their decision. Other information can also be stored in the candidate portal for the candidates to review, to help them make their decision, like benefits or pension information.

- Lastly the candidate just updates the decision field to make their decision and fully update the system.
