HOW DOES IT WORK?


Chat to Apply provides an additional button on the job advert next to the usual ‘Apply’ button, called 'Chat to Apply'. During this conversation, the bot can:

  • Ask initial pre-screen/eligibility questions to the candidate.
  • Create the candidate account and submit their application against the correct vacancy (if successful.)
  • Store all the answers the candidate gave in a form against their application.

Application forms can be off-putting to candidates. With Oleeo’s Chat to Apply, an automated Chatbot keeps the candidate engaged and collects information conversationally.

The information collected is used to screen the candidate and, if the candidate meets the requirements based on the conversation with the Chatbot, the information will be turned into an application and submitted against the job for the candidate.

Quickly and easily answer any questions candidates may have. 

Train the Chatbot to respond to questions from the candidate. If the Chatbot can’t answer a question, then a notification will automatically be sent to your recruiters. A recruiter can then takeover from the Chatbot to help the candidate.
