You can group applications and place them in a folder using the Selections tool. This can help you quickly find or keep track of the applications.

You can save the Selections as 'Private' so that they are only visible on your account or 'Public' so that they are available to your colleagues.

The Selections can be easily accessed from the search box in the left-hand menu and you can add the list directly to your dashboard so you can see the list of applications as soon as you login.

Examples of when to use:

  • Create a dedicated Selection for high-potential applications, allowing for easy tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage high volumes of applications seamlessly by creating Selections for each shortlister. Distribute and allocate applications efficiently among team members.

Saved Searches vs Selections:

  • Utilise 'Saved Searches' to pinpoint and group applications based on specific criteria, such as their responses to particular questions.
  • Opt for 'Selections' when there isn't a specific field available to categorise or locate applications based on predefined criteria.
