INTRODUCTION

Oleeo's screening process is highly adaptable to your organisation's requirements, which can make it challenging to write a generic guide!

As an example, on your system screening may be referred to as "Shortlisting" or "Sifting".

The guide that follows is based on the process configured on Oleeo's best practice template system.

This guide serves as a starting point and can be adapted to create user-friendly guides that match your system's setup and your organisation's application screening procedures.

OVERVIEW OF SCREENING PROCESS IN OLEEO'S BEST PRACTICE SYSTEM

  1. The Recruitment Team complete pre-screen actions:
    • They review potential duplicates.
    • Evaluate Red Flag applications.
    • Grant access to hiring managers or screeners by adding them as Participants.

  2. Hiring managers enter screening feedback and decision:
    • They complete a feedback form, scoring applications against the opportunity's competencies and entering decisions.
    • When rejecting applications, they enter a reject reason.
    • An automated email is sent to the candidate once a rejection reason is provided.

  3. Recruiters can progress/reject applications in bulk:
    • Applications can be progressed in bulk without feedback.
    • Feedback can also be uploaded in bulk via a spreadsheet.
    • Rejection of applications requires a provided reason, which can be entered in bulk.

Name Redacted Recruitment (optional extra):
Oleeo offers a Name Redacted solution, enabling organisations to conceal personally identifiable information from hiring managers during the screening stage, promoting unbiased hiring and diversity.
